Provincial Priory of Somerset

On Saturday 26th of September 2022 the Provincial Priory of Somerset held their annual meeting at Webbington Hotel, Loxton, Somerset to Install R.E.Kt. Paul Jeffrey Davis as Provincial Prior by the Most Eminent Supreme Grand Master Paul Raymond Clement and members of the Great Installing team.

Unfortunely the reigning Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. Barry Burridge passed away that morning.

The meeting held a period of reflection in mourning for the late Queen Elizabeth II and a requiem for Knights of the Province including the Past Provincial Prior.

The Great Installing team included E.Kt. Norman Playford the Grand Masters Banner Bearer, E.Kt. Kelvin Gane Deputy Great Marshal and E.Kt. Angus Rhodes Great Captain of the Guards. The Provincial Prior for Kent R.E.Kt. David Jordan and Provincial Vice-Chancellor E.Kt. Dennis Dean represented the delegation from Kent.
