The Provincial Priory meeting of Warwickshire

The Warwickshire Provincial Priory meeting was held at the Coventry sports center in Ryton-on-Dunsmore on Saturday the 21st of June 2025, the first Provincial Priory meeting hosted by the new Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. David Hanley.

R.E.Kt. Hanley & R.E.Kt. Jordan

He welcomed the visiting Distinguished Knights from Kent including the R.E.Kt. David Jordan, E.Kt. Pieter Jan Swinge, V.E.Kt. Dennis Dean, V.E.Kt. John McCully, E.Kt. Norman Playford, E.Kt. David Cantlon and E.Kt. Mark Wright.

We were treated to a different version of a Provincial Priory meeting than usual where the Preceptory Banners were paraded into the meeting before the opening and the welcoming of the visitors was conducted at the end just before the Provincial Prior’s address. All the past Provincial Priors were honoured by having their Personal Banners unveiled and their names and years of service proclaimed.
