Consecration of the 13th Earl of Lincoln Preceptory No.729

On Friday 2nd of May 2025 the Consecration of the 13th Earl of Lincoln Preceptory No.729 was held at Nottingham Masonic Hall.

Members of the Preceptory

The Consecration was carried out by the Provincial Prior of Nottinghamshire R.E.Kt. Jim Crossley assisted by his Sub Prior E.Kt. Roger Cheetham. The Provincial Vice Chancellor E.Kt. Colin Bainbridge read aloud the warrant and the Provincial Prelate E.Kt. John Lawrence blessed the proceedings. All the petitioners took part in the ceremony and preamble around the Preceptory.

E.Kt. Sam Sammakia was then installed as the Primus Preceptor and our very own Kent Knight E.Kt. Kevin Johnson was invested as the Preceptory Organist. The Preceptory is the Nottinghamshire Bodyguard Preceptory.
