The Provincial Priory Meeting of Durham

The Durham Provincial Priory meeting took place on the 26th of April 2025 at Gateshead Masonic Hall.

Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. Richard G. Scott presided over the Provincial meeting and welcomed the Great Marshal R.E.Kt. Tim Wheeler and many other distinguished guests from around the Country including from Kent, R.E.Kt. David Jordan, E.Kt. Peiter Jan Swinge , V.E.Kt. Dennis Dean & E.Kt. Norman Playford, who all enjoyed the trip north to Newcastle.

The Provincial Prior Presented a fantastic £1000 cheque to the Durham St. John Ambulance brigade for their much needed first aid work. The Provincial Prior reported they had meet their target of £100.000 donation to the St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital. This will be presented at their 50th anniversary Priory meeting in July at Durham Cathedral.
