A New Knight Templar for Oakley Preceptory No.555

At Oakley Preceptory No.555 on the 4th December 2024 at the Oakley House, Bromley, E.Kt. Ben Kibby welcomed into the Preceptory R.E.Kt David Jordan K.C.T. the Provincial Prior for Kent.

The Provincial Prior was visiting for the first time as a newly promoted Knight Commander of the United Orders along with R.E.Kt. Kessick John Jones K.C.T., Past Provincial Prior. Both were visiting to see Companion Geoffrey Raymond Wright to be installed as a Knight Templar.

The Eminent Preceptor preformed an excellent ceremony assisted by the Provincial Marshal E.Kt. Kelvin Gane as Preceptory Marshal. The Preceptory generously donated £100 to the St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital much needed funds.

There were twenty Knights present and all retired to a splendid refectory.
