A Busy Meeting for West Kent Priory No.371

At West Kent Priory No.371 meeting on the 8th of November 2024 at Sevenoaks Masonic Hall the Eminent Prior, E.Kt. Ian James Mitchell, installed into the Malta Degree Kt. Danny Starr and Kt. Michael Birkbeck both from West Kent Preceptory, Kt. Edward Warren from Lullingstone Preceptory No.155, and Kt. Barry John Pearce and Kt. Martin John Nettleingham both from Richard Plantagnet Preceptory No.597.

The Banners was paraded by the Provincial Prior’s bobdy and presented by E.Kt. Richard Woodgate of Westwood Preceptory No.433 , the Standards and the approach of the Knights along with the Pentangle table, was delivered by E.Kt. Andrew Dive of Thanet Preceptory No.401 and lastly E.Kt. Kelvin Gane explained the Octagonal Table. The Provincial Prior congratulated and thanked E.Kt. Graham Mitchel for being the Registrar and Treasurer on the night for all his hard work.

The West Kent No.371 Priory

After the ceremony of installing a Knight of Malta the Provincial Prior R.E.Kt. David Jordan opened a Provincial Prior of Malta and proceeded to appoint and invest twenty of his Provincial officers.

There were another thirty two knights present at the meeting.
