But before this the members of the Lullingstone Preceptory installed into the order Kt. Edward John Warren in an exemplary manner with E.Kt. Ed Lines taking the chair to preform the ceremony and delivering both the charge and symbols.

The Provincial dedication team took over the meeting and the Provincial Prior then took the chair and the Provincial Almoner Kt. Les Fraser took the role of Provincial Prelate and gave an interesting description and history of the Provincial Banner which was kindly donated by E.Kt. Robyn Murdo-Smith.

E.Kt. Dennis Dean the Provincial Vice-Chancellor took over the office of Registrar, the Provincial Marshall E. Kt. Kelvin Gane conducted the banner escort into the Temple and proceeded to parade the banner around the Temple stopping at the east, west, north and south. The Provincial Prelate blessed the banner and the Provincial Prior dedicated it to the Preceptory.

The whole meeting was enhanced by the marvelous music of the Great Organist and Provincial Organist of Staffordshire and Shropshire E.Kt. Mario Rizzardi.

The thirty knights present retired to the excellent venue of Davy’s Bar to feast on a lovely refectory hosted by the Eminent Preceptor E.Kt. Danny Daniel. Special mention to the Preceptory Registrar E.Kt. Mark Wright for his excellent management of the whole event.
