At Frederick Preceptory No.484 at Chatham Masonic Hall on the 3rd of February E.Kt. Pieter Jan Swinge the Provincial Sub Prior and the reigning Eminent Preceptor entered the Preceptory under an impressive arch of steel made up from the thirteen members of the Provincial Prior’s bodyguard present.

The Eminent Preceptor then entertained thirty four Knights in attendance with a very interesting lecture on Esoteric and Tarot cards symbolism. Many questions and observations were given before everyone applauded the lecture. The Eminent Preceptor then welcomed four joining members E.Kt. Oakshott, E.Kt. Wright, E.Kt. Littler and E.Kt. Cameron-Potter into the Preceptory presenting each with a copy of the Bye-laws.

After the meeting the knights was further blessed with the best food in the Province consisting of the finest Fish pie and bowls of sherry trifle.
