The February meeting of Frederick Friday Preceptory

On the 4th of February 2023 at Frederick Friday Preceptory No.484 in Chatham Masonic Hall, forty Knights enjoyed a talk on the recent developments at the St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital. Expertly delivered by E.Kt. Jamie Ingham Clark, a Trustee of the Eye Hospital and the Great Sword Bearer of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem.

E.Kt. Jamie was presented with a cheque for £1000 by the Provincial Prior of Kent. R.E.Kt David Jordan on behalf of the Province of Kent and later on in the meeting the Eminent Preceptor V.E.Kt. John McCully presented E.Kt. Jamie a further £200 from the Knights of the Frederick Friday Preceptory.

Three more Eminent Knights namely Lines, Ellis and Cantlon joined the Preceptory bring the membership up to 50 for the first time and were warmly welcomed by the Eminent Preceptor.
